Cost ranges aren't generic national averages copy-pasted across every city. Each page is built against real, local source material — municipal permit fee schedules, provincial and city bylaw pages, and other public records for that specific city — so a Toronto page and a North Bay page for the same service actually reflect different local realities, not a find-and-replace of the city name.
Every service page also lists real local businesses for that trade in that city, sourced from public business listings. Featured "Spotlight" placements are a paid upgrade for a business that wants top position and room to describe their work in their own words — but a free listing is not, and will never be, contingent on paying.
